In a period where al the European ideas like freedom in the movements, the integration of the EURO, an equal treatment of rules and standards, is it unreal for every company to work on it's own.

For this reason Smet Jet has a prevention policy that's handling an integration in dialogue and consensus with several partners and clients. This all to realize a feeling of well-being within the organization.

Education is a keyword at Smet Jet were we have an accurate and future-minded company policy.

Together with our clients we have a lot of discussion forums. This gives us the possibility to exchange experiences, views and ideas. These forums we use to evaluate today's safety and bring up some improvements for the future.

Smet Jet is VCA** certified since 1996.

ISO 9001

What is ISO? ISO stands for International Standard Organization, it encloses the formulation of a quality instruction manual and working according the procedures mentioned in this manual. Most important target of this international standard (ISO 9001) is to increase the client satisfaction through a better execution and realization of the demands.

Because quality and customer satisfaction are some of the keywords to Smet Jet we have decided to do our very best for ISO. These are the steps we already taken. With the help of an external bureau we have designed a quality manual. This manual was distributed to each responsible manager and all our staff were kept informed. We also have been executing a customer satisfaction study and an internal audit.

Based on these investigations Smet Jet found out where we needed to make improvements. Because of these internal audits we have already made some changes in our quality manual. As you can see Smet Jet already has made a step in the right direction. ISO 9001 will guarantee a better and thorough completion of all our orders. Hereby customer satisfaction is the keyword and will be proved by quality, safety and a cleaner environment.
