Some pollutions are very difficult to remove with high-pressure. Rust, limestone and some other production waste are more easily removed by dissolving them in a chemical agent.

This technique is called chemical cleaning. In a test phase the determination of the chemical agent and the necessary concentration for the cleaning takes place. This product is pumped through the installation to be cleaned, by means of a closed circuit, until the pollution is completely removed. Thereafter, the installation is rinsed so all left-over chemicals are washed out.

This technique is also applied before first use of installations to remove protective coatings.

The applications are extensive: reactor cleaning with automatic lances, tank cleaning with high-volume rinsing heads, anode cleaning in electrolysis, skin-removal for rolled iron or steel, accumulators for efficiency-improvement, ...

Our main activity is industrial cleaning. This is most often carried out with water under high-pressure. We have a wide range of high- pressure vehicles with different volumes and pressures up to 500 l/min and 2500 bar.

The manual spraying with a pistol is the customary form of high-pressure cleaning. Tank cleaning, especially in spaces with access difficulty, is executed with a rotating spray- nozzle. Besides high-pressure, temperature is an aid to help clean the pollutants. For this reason we apply the Ecotherm in specific cases. This apparatus generates high-pressure as well as heating the water up to 90 degrees Celsius and therefore better results, ...

Pipes, tubing and conducts with a diameter starting from 4 mm up to 2 metre sewage pipes are frequent working territory for our high-pressure vehicles.

For this our specialists use spray nozzles which are fixed Immediately onto the high-pressure hose. The cleaning of conducts can also be carried out with PIGs. These are plugs which are pushed through the conducts and through this action the pollutants are scraped off. This way, long sections of conducts can be cleaned without disassembly. Industrial floors often get so polluted that normal cleaning is no longer sufficient.

We can intervene where conventional means fail. Cleaning of Heat-exchangers are carried out by means of a home-design flexible lance which allows us to clean in bends. Air preheaters are cleaned with computer- controlled appliances which results in a higher efficiency. The polluted rinsing water can be cleaned on-site and re-used.

Most often with affected concrete (rot) the whole construction has to be completely removed.

However, we can offer you an alternative. Hydro demolition is the removal of concrete by means of water under high-pressure. A robot sprays the concrete from between the reinforcement so it can be re-used.

This safe, fast and cost-efficient method allows us to remove up to 80cm thick concrete.The result.

Our installations have an output of up to 8 ton per hour and an installation for weighing the catalyst up to 10 ton per hour. Our experienced personnel complies completely to your specifications.

You are also at the right address for inert entries in low-oxygen enclosures. For this purpose we have a safety unit with camera surveillance at our disposal.

Of course we can also take care of temporary storage of catalyst and inert materials in flow bins or big bags.

Water under high-pressure is not only used for cleaning but also for cold cutting techniques.Our Jet Pack can cut simultaneously through different materials by means of a water jet at 2800 bars. The Jet Pack is most often applied in areas with a fire or explosion hazard.

This technique offers the following advantages: cold incision (so no thermal distortion), no vibrations, a fine and clean incision. Simultaneous cutting of different materials up to a depth of 50 cm cross-section. Different shapes and cutting directions are possible.

After underground fuel oil tanks are put out of use legislation obligates one to have it removed. If removal is not possible, the tanks have to be cleaned and filled with inert material.

Cleaning, removal and filling of tanks is one of our specialities. If the tank either has to be removed or to be filled, in any case the emptying, cleaning and removal of cleansing fluids is the first task.

The removal of the tanks has to be executed with the necessary know-how. Conduits have to be correctly disconnected, in case of volatile components explosion-proof equipment has to be used, the tank has to be scrapped and the stability of the soil underneath should be checked to avoid any damage claims.

Filling of underground tanks with inert material will only be carried out after the cleaning of the tank. Most often concrete foam delivers the best results.

The evacuation of solid matter is also part of our range of service. This varies from lifting left-overs to dust removal on cross-beams in production halls.

The removal and renewal of gravel on roofs used to be a small branch of our activity, but it grew swiftly to a specialization. More handy and faster than a lift system, we can take gravel up to 75 metres high and 150 meter wide.
